Donation Refund Policy

Ezra & Elias Hope Foundation deeply appreciates every donation that supports our mission to assist families facing pregnancy and infant loss.

Because we are a nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes happen and will review request cases individually.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund if:

• The donation was made in error

• The wrong amount was entered

• A duplicate donation was made

 

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the donation date.

 

Non-Refundable Donations

​

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Contributions already used toward program expenses

• Donations made through third-party fundraising platforms (subject to their policies)

• Anonymous donations we are unable to verify

 

Processing Refund Requests

Subject: Donation Refund Request

Include:

• Full name

• Donation date

• Donation amount

• Reason for the request

 

We may verify your identity and donation details before issuing a refund.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
